Having trouble with your order or at checkout? Did you receive an error message or are you unsure whether your order went through? Problems with online orders can vary widely, but can often be resolved by checking your payment details, delivery address, or by contacting customer support.
Here are the most common error messages and solutions:
1. Payment Error (Payment Declined/Failed)
Cause: Incorrect card details, expired credit card, insufficient funds, blocked card, or issues with 3D Secure authentication.
Solution:
– Check whether your card is blocked or expired.
– Use a different card or payment method.
– Contact your bank to ensure that online transactions are not being blocked.
If this still doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team via email and provide us with your exact order details (items, size & quantity) as well as your desired delivery address. We will then manually create an order for you, which you can pay either by credit card or bank transfer — please let us know your preferred payment method in advance. We’ll take care of the rest to ensure your order is processed and shipped quickly.
2. Technical Issues / “Internal Error”
Cause: Server issues, browser problems, or outdated cookies.
Solution:
– Try using a different browser or incognito mode.
– Clear your cache and cookies (usually found under Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Clear Browsing Data -> Clear CACHE).
– Try placing your order from a different device (e.g. a mobile phone instead of a PC).
3. Delivery Delays / “Order Not Shipped”
Cause: Item out of stock, address error, or logistics issues. Since we only offer in-stock items for sale, this should only occur in exceptional circumstances. Orders paid by 11 a.m. are generally shipped the same business day. Please note that all shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany worldwide.
Solution:
– Check the status under “My Orders”.
– In case of a longer delay: Set a reasonable delivery deadline (often around 14 days) and only cancel the purchase after that period has passed.
