Here we explain the 3 different generations of chlorine dioxide products with their different advantages and disadvantages. All are highly effective as biocides in combating bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores, algae, mites, parasites, biofilms and other pathogenic germs such as the dangerous legionella.
1st generation: MMS-CLASSIC
With this robust and proven version, you get one bottle each with 25% sodium chlorite and 4% HCl activator. The simple mixing ratio of 1 to 1 (drops) produces a highly effective chlorine dioxide solution with an acidic pH value.
The big advantage? With each application, you only activate the exact amount you want. This ensures that you always work with fresh chlorine dioxide. The basic ingredients in both bottles can be stored for up to 5 years without refrigeration. MMS CLASSIC is therefore especially recommended if you do not have a cooling system or are permanently in a very hot climate.
Important: Never use just one component alone, but always use our original AQUARIUS pro life products together!
2nd generation: CDSpure®
Up to now, ready-to-use chlorine dioxide products had a major disadvantage. Their shelf life was limited and you were forced to compensate for decreasing effectiveness by increasing the dosage. To solve this problem, we have developed CDSpure® for you.
Unopened, you can rely on a constant active ingredient content for at least 2 years, even without refrigeration. Highly pure and nano-filtered, a pH-neutral (in use) solution is available to you.
Thanks to our special manufacturing technology, we are the only supplier to offer you a 100% chlorine-free ready-to-use solution, which significantly improves compatibility.
Once opened, CDSpure® can be kept refrigerated for up to 9 months as a reliable companion in the fight against germs. If you are looking for a ready-to-use chlorine dioxide product of the highest quality, CDSpure® is the right choice for you.
For outdoor use, in addition to the 100ml, 250ml and 500ml glass bottles, our CDSpure® ampoules with 5ml each are also available.
3rd generation: CDSplus®
You want the best of both worlds? Our patented CDSplus® combines the advantages of the 1st and 2nd generation in one unique product. You determine the time of activation and benefit from a shelf life of up to 5 years without cooling.
After activation, you have a 100% chlorine-free solution at your disposal, which is characterised by a high degree of compatibility. You can only get this degree of purity from us.
Activated CDSplus® can be used refrigerated for up to 9 months without loss of effect. Of course, it is pH-neutral.
Attention: The high quality of our products has produced some imitators. The original is always from AQUARIUS pro life.
