How does a return work at AQUARIUS pro life?

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team by e-mail (service@aquarius-prolife.com). Please tell us exactly why you would like to return the product.

There are two reasons for a return:

You have been sent something incorrect or defective and we will exchange it for you.

You don't like the product or you ordered the wrong product or too much of it.

In the first case, we will of course refund the return costs or, if you live in Germany, we will arrange for DHL to collect your products. Please send us a detailed explanation as well as photos of the defect.

In the second case, you will have to bear the return costs yourself. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number so that you are covered in the event of loss or damage.

Please enclose the delivery note (or a copy of it) with the parcel so that we can allocate your return more easily and process it as quickly as possible.

Review & refund:

As soon as we have received your return at our warehouse, it will be checked by our staff. This can take up to two working days. As soon as we have been informed of the result, we will take action as follows:

If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will either send you a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.

If you return a product because it is not to your liking or because you made a wrong purchase: We will refund the full purchase price for undamaged, still sealed and unopened products.

If you return products that have been opened, used, unsealed or even damaged, we are unfortunately unable to refund the purchase price. All our products are sealed hygiene products and are no longer eligible for return after unsealing and "testing", as we can only dispose of these products and are not allowed to put them back on sale. Please note this before returning any products to avoid problems or misunderstandings!
