At Aquarius Pro Life, we are actively committed to protecting our environment. To this end, we consider all measures throughout the entire product life cycle.

In product planning and development

We incorporate the latest findings on the materials used and their impact on our environment as early as the product planning and development stage.

Specific examples:

- Our packaging is always functional and secure for shipping. This significantly reduces the need for multiple shipments due to damage from breakage or temperatures, thus conserving resources.

- However, our product boxes are only as large as necessary. This minimises material consumption.

- We use single-type materials wherever possible. This allows for easy recovery of the separated raw materials.

- We have replaced the shrink-wrapping of bottles with an automatic bottom for the folding box and a small hygiene seal. This helps us avoid plastic waste! - A fold-out sandwich label with multilingual instructions on the bottle now replaces a separately printed product insert.

In production

In production, we avoid material waste and scrap wherever possible.

Specific examples:

- Our suppliers print our product boxes and labels using environmentally friendly inks.

- We only use paper from sustainable forestry (FSC-certified) for all our printed products.

During shipping

Specific examples:

- Empty master cartons are reused in the shipping warehouse.

- We use paper and cardboard with the highest possible recycled content.

At the customer's premises

Specific examples:

- By using our water filters, you can significantly reduce the consumption of thousands of plastic bottles. This is healthier and protects the environment.

- Our products are vegan. For us, animals are also part of our environment. No animal products are used and no animal testing is carried out in the development, production and shipping of our products.

- Many reverse osmosis systems waste 3-4 times as much water as they filter. Our passive activated carbon filter completely avoids this waste water and thus reduces water consumption.

- Our products extend the service life of water pipes and appliances by minimising deposits and impurities.

Disposal

- All our products can be separated by type and disposed of properly after use. Glass, plastic and paper can thus be returned to the recycling cycle. Our used filter cartridges can be disposed of in the residual waste without hesitation.
