Our MMS CLASSIC (A+B) 2x250ml set from the Maltesian Mineral Solution product range consists of a bottle of sodium chlorite NaClO2 and a bottle of HCl activator. Only by mixing both substances (activating) in a 1:1 ratio, the biocide chlorine dioxide is formed for highly effective control of bacteria (legionella), viruses, fungi, spores, algae, parasites and other pathogenic germs in biofilms.

250 ml 25 % sodium chlorite solution (CAS No.: 7758-19-2)250 ml 4 % HCl-Activator PH. Eur. (hydrochloric acid, CAS No.: 7647-01-0, EC No.: 231-597-7)
The activated solution contains, among other things, chlorine dioxide (CAS No.: 10049-04-4, EC No.: 233-162-8) according to DIN EN 938, approved according to TrinkwV 2011 (Germany). Taric: 28289000 + 28111980
Mix equal numbers of drops of 1:1 NaClO2 and HCl activator in a dry and clean glass and wait 45 seconds. Then add about 150ml of water, done!
Never use a component alone!
Dosage for surface disinfection: Mix 5 activated drops of the MMS CLASSIC (A+B) 2x250ml set with 10-30ml of water. Pour this solution into a pump spray bottle (e.g. from our dosing set). Now spray the affected areas over a large area and let it work for a short time.
Dosage for drinking water treatment: Use 1 activated drop for up to 2 litres of water to be disinfected.

When not activated, the MMS CLASSIC (A+B) 2x250ml set can be stored for 5-7 years without refrigeration.
If necessary, always prepare a fresh chlorine dioxide solution. After activation, the solution is ready for immediate use and should be used up quickly.
