Shipping information

Depending on the contents of your shopping basket, the total weight of your shipment and the destination country, you will sometimes be offered DPD as a shipping service provider in addition to DHL. This happens automatically. DHL shipments to non-EU countries are now always sent with the more reliable but slightly more expensive DHL International Parcel.

We ship from Germany and deliver worldwide, as long as the address is deliverable for postal and parcel services. There must be no restrictions for the country or region. You can find currently possible delivery countries in the delivery country selector at the top right of our website next to the flags for the language selection. The product prices and shipping costs can only be displayed correctly when the correct delivery country has been selected. 

The delivery address must be able to be found in Google Maps. The recipient's name must be on the doorbell, doorplate and letterbox.

Additional costs for customs duties, import taxes or other import fees shall be borne by the customer (e.g. Switzerland, USA, Canada, Norway, Liechtenstein).
Please note: In the USA, the duty-free allowance for imports has been suspended. We therefore assume that each shipment must be cleared through customs and taxed by the recipient.

Important: Please check the delivery address in the order confirmation email immediately! A fully written first and last name as well as a house number are mandatory. A second shipment caused by you would unfortunately be subject to a charge!

Delivery times

Orders that are received by 11:30 a.m. (CET) on working days and whose payment transactions have been successfully completed will be shipped on the same day. You will receive the tracking link by email from 16:45 (CET) on the day of dispatch. Please check the status of your shipment regularly.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within the delivery periods shown below after order confirmation. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Depending on the country of delivery, we offer the following online payment methods, among others:

Credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Amex), Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay, iDeal, and eps.

Please note: We do not accept PayPal!

You also have the option of paying in advance via bank transfer to one of our EURO accounts within the European SEPA banking area. Please follow the instructions and use only the bank details we have currently provided via email. Do not use older bank details!

These accounts are fully automated and will immediately assign your payment to your order. It is no longer necessary for you to confirm the transfer via email. As a result, orders placed via prepayment/bank transfer are processed almost as quickly as those using online payment methods.
